TAMI and JGMA Delegations Visit MINCHEN Gear Co.

Xu Yujun, Chairperson of the Gear Manufacturing Committee of the Taiwan Machinery Manufacturers Association, led a delegation including Hong Yingzhe and Chen Yi-rui, and 25 members of the Japan Gear Manufacturers Association—led by Chairman Masakatsu Ueda and Vice Chairman Tetsuya Taguchi—visited MINCHEN Gear Co., Ltd. on November 15. Representatives from all three parties expressed their hope that this exchange would foster mutual cooperation and create a win-win outcome.

Yang Yueqing, Chairman of Mincheng Gear Co., Ltd., stated that he welcomes his colleagues from the Japan Gear Manufacturers Association for making the long journey to visit Mincheng Gear. He expressed his hope that through mutual exchange and interaction, the two sides will forge closer friendships and build stronger cooperative relationships.

Masakatsu Ueda, President of the Japan Gear Manufacturers Association, stated: “During this visit, I was surprised by the rapid growth and increased production capacity of Taiwan’s gear manufacturers. I am confident that future cooperation between Taiwan and Japan will lead to further collaboration and mutual support.”

This visit was of great significance to Mincheng Gears. As this was our first time hosting an international event, we were both nervous and excited, Fortunately, the event concluded successfully. We would like to extend our special thanks to Mr. Masakatsu Ueda, President of the Japan Gear Manufacturers Association; Mr. Taiichiro Ikegaki, Chairman of Gleason Japan; and Ms. Yu-Chun Hsu, Chairperson of the Gear Manufacturing Committee of the Taiwan Machinery Manufacturers Association, for facilitating this visit. We hope that this exchange will help us achieve great success together despite the current economic downturn, foster mutual learning and growth in technology, and further advance the gear industry.
